Video: How to record a new expense

In this video, Suzanne, one of our Support Accountants, explains how to record a new expense in FreeAgent.

 

Recording expenses for other people

To record an expense on behalf of another FreeAgent user, navigate to My Money>Expenses on the Overview screen (or just ‘Expenses’ if you’re a sole trader with no staff) and select the user's name from the 'Show' drop-down menu before choosing ‘Add new expense’. If you're recording an expense that you incurred, make sure that your own name is selected from the drop-down menu.
