When setting up your RBS direct bank feed, you might occasionally see these error messages. Here's how to resolve them.
1. The following error will display if either the sort code or account number has been entered incorrectly.
Make sure that you've entered the correct details and try again.
2. The following error will display if RBS online services are experiencing technical difficulties.
Try again in an hour or so.
3. The following error will display if your bank account is not deemed eligible by your bank.
