FreeAgent Mobile Subscriptions

If you choose to use FreeAgent Mobile as well as the desktop app, there are 2 different ways for you to manage your subscription (currently only for iOS).

Subscribing through FreeAgent

You can subscribe to FreeAgent on our desktop app, and then log in using the same account credentials on your mobile device. Subscribing to FreeAgent directly will give you the best deal (50% off for 6 months), as well as access to our referral discount scheme.

Subscribing through Apple

As of November 2017, you can now subscribe to FreeAgent through the Apple App Store. If you choose to do this, you will be unable to take advantage of our introductory offer, and you also won’t have access to our referral discount scheme

How to subscribe to FreeAgent through Apple

If you want to subscribe to FreeAgent through Apple, you’ll need to open the FreeAgent Mobile app on your Apple device, and then follow these steps:

1Tap the icon in the top left corner to go to 'Settings', then select 'Manage Subscription'

2 Next, tap on your preferred subscription plan

3Select ‘Continue’ to confirm your subscription

That's it! Subscription successful.

How to cancel your Apple subscription

Either select 'Cancel Subscription' in the 'Manage Subscription' area, or follow Apple’s advice to cancel the automatic renewal of your FreeAgent payment.

How to switch your subscription from Apple to FreeAgent

If you currently pay for FreeAgent using Apple’s in-app payment system, but would rather subscribe directly with us, it’s easy to make the switch:

1Either select 'Cancel Subscription' in the 'Manage Subscription' area, or follow Apple’s advice to cancel the automatic renewal of your FreeAgent payment.

2Wait for your current subscription to expire (you can view the current status of your subscription in Settings)

 

3Once your subscription with Apple has expired, contact our support team who will fully switch your account over to FreeAgent.
