Contact your account manager

This article explains how to get in touch with FreeAgent if you have any questions about your Practice and being a member of the Partner Programme.

Your account manager in FreeAgent or the sales team would be best placed to help with queries regarding:

  • the billing for your Practice, such as pricing and understanding more about how billing works
     
  • training for you and your team on getting the best out of FreeAgent
     
  • help with the Accreditation modules and CPD points
     
  • integrating FreeAgent into your practice workflow and using FreeAgent to grow your practice and gain efficiencies, and selling FreeAgent to your clients
     
  • updating your Practice settings and details

To contact the sales team or your account manager in FreeAgent, you can send an email to accountmanagers@freeagent.com.

If you already work with an account manager in FreeAgent, you can find their contact details on the Practice Portal.

To do this, log into your Practice Dashboard, select ‘Practice Portal’ at the top of the screen and select ‘Partner resources’ from the drop-down menu.

Next, select ‘Your partner info’ which will reveal details about how to contact your account manager.

If you don’t see these details then you can send an email to accountmanagers@freeagent.com to contact the sales team who can answer any queries you have.
