How can I switch?

If you see a message in your FreeAgent account prompting you to make the switch, simply select ‘Find out more’ and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

If you don’t see this message, navigate to the ‘Insights’ menu at the top right of the screen (it’s the bell icon), then select ‘You’re eligible for a free subscription!’ from the list - you may need to scroll to find this option. From there, follow the same straightforward process to make the switch to a NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland-funded account.
