How to add, change or delete your business’s logo using the FreeAgent mobile app
This article explains how to upload, change or delete your business’s logo using the FreeAgent mobile app.
After you have uploaded a logo, it will appear on both your invoices and estimates.
Any changes you make using the FreeAgent mobile app will be reflected in the desktop version of FreeAgent.
Navigate to the ‘Company logo’ area
Tap the three-lined 'hamburger' icon at the top-left of the FreeAgent mobile app and select your business name.
Select 'Company logo'.
Adding a logo
From the ‘Company logo’ screen, tap ‘Upload’.
Next, select ‘Photo library’ or ‘Other files’, depending on where the logo file is located. Please note that your image file must be in PNG, GIF or JPEG format.
Preview the logo and tap ‘Save’ to complete the process.
The company logo will now appear on both your invoices and estimates.

Changing your business’s logo
To replace the existing logo on your invoices and estimates, navigate to the ‘Company logo’ area in the FreeAgent mobile app and select the three dots in the top-right corner of the logo.
Tap ‘Select new…’.
Next, select ‘Photo library’ or ‘Other files’, depending on where the logo file is located. Please note that your image file must be in PNG, GIF or JPEG format.
Preview the logo and select ‘Save’ in the top-right corner to complete the process.
After you complete the process, the new logo will feature on your invoices and estimates.
Deleting your business’s logo
To completely remove the logo from your invoices and estimates, navigate to the ‘Company logo’ area in the FreeAgent mobile app and select the three dots in the top-right corner of the logo.
Tap ‘Delete’.
After you complete the process, no logo will feature on your invoices and estimates.
