How to save an invoice as a PDF

This article explains how to save an invoice that you’ve created as a PDF file.

If you’re not sending the invoice to a customer using FreeAgent, or if you want to save a copy of the invoice on your device, you can save it as a PDF.

Alternatively, if you’re receiving the payment for the invoice online using PayPal, Stripe or Tyl by NatWest, you can share the payment link with the customer instead of sending them the invoice.

To save a copy of the invoice, navigate to the ‘Work’ tab at the top of the screen and select ‘Invoicing’ from the drop-down menu.
