How to delete a file

This article explains how to delete a file from the Files area in FreeAgent.

Accessing the Files area

Navigate to the drop-down menu at the top-right of the screen and select 'Files’.

This will bring up a list of your files.

The ‘Smart Capture’ tab will contain files which have had the date and amount automatically extracted by FreeAgent’s Smart Capture functionality.

Deleting a file

You can delete a file from the Files area by selecting the three dots to the right of the file and selecting 'Delete file' from the drop-down menu.

Select 'OK' in the pop-up window to complete the process.
