View and manage FreeAgent's browser sessions

Browser sessions is a security feature where FreeAgent lists all the places that you are actively logged in to your FreeAgent account. This article explains how to access and manage these sessions.

If you're unable to log in to your FreeAgent account, please see our troubleshooting steps for login problems.

Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and then select 'Browser Sessions' in the 'Security' section.

You'll see a list of all your active FreeAgent sessions on desktop, starting with your current session.

If you'd like to log out of an individual session, for example if there is a session you don't recognise or have mistakenly left logged in, select the 'Log out' button to the right of the relevant session.

If you'd like to log out of all active sessions, select 'Log out of all other sessions'. You will remain logged in to your current session.

Managing mobile sessions

To log out of mobile sessions, select the 'Approved Applications page' link in the 'API Access' section.

Select 'Revoke access' to remove the sessions from this device.
