Viewing recurring invoices on the FreeAgent mobile app
This article explains how you can use the FreeAgent mobile app to view recurring invoices that you have set up within FreeAgent.
If you’ll be invoicing a customer for the same amount on a regular basis, you can set up a recurring invoice that’ll be automatically created on a set frequency to save time on your daily admin.
Please note:
- It's currently only possible to view recurring invoices on the mobile app. To create or edit a recurring invoice profile, you’ll need to use the desktop version of FreeAgent or log in via your mobile browser.
- The functionality is currently only available on iOS devices.
Viewing recurring invoices on mobile
Tap the 'menu ☰' button at the top-left of the FreeAgent mobile app and select 'Invoices'.
Select the three dots in the top-right and select ‘View recurring profiles’.
This will display a list of your recurring invoice profiles.
You can filter the recurring invoice profiles by ‘All’, ‘Active’, ‘Draft’ or ‘Inactive’ using the drop-down menu in the top-right and selecting the relevant option.
It’s currently only possible to view recurring invoices on the mobile app. To create or edit a recurring invoice profile, you’ll need to use the desktop version of FreeAgent or log in via your mobile browser.
If you select ‘Edit profile’ you’ll be taken to the desktop version of FreeAgent on your mobile browser where you’ll need to log in.
