Manage your connections

This article explains how to enable or manage your connections in FreeAgent.

There are a variety of connections available to you as a FreeAgent user, both built by FreeAgent and by third parties. These integrations allow information to be pulled into your account, improving the day-to-day management of your business. Some common examples are challenger bank feeds and online payments services.

Navigate to the drop-down menu at the top-right of the screen and select ‘Connections & Add-ons’.

Connections & Add-ons will show you an overview of your integrations.

To view or enable a specific feature, select the 'Get started' button and you’ll be redirected to the specific pages for that connection.

Third party applications

If you've enabled an integration built by a challenger bank or another third party, you can manage this by selecting 'Manage' in the 'Approved applications' section.

If you don’t see a connection listed for the application you’re trying to enable, then it may not have successfully been connected to your FreeAgent account. You may need to try setting up the integration connection again or contact the integration provider directly to assist with the set up process.
