Manage your Admin-To-Do List notifications
This article explains how to manage push notifications on your mobile device related to your Admin-To-Do List.
Radar can send push notifications to your mobile device to notify you when you have a new task on your Admin To-Do List.
Please note that to receive these notifications, you’ll have to ensure that notifications are turned on in both the desktop version of FreeAgent and the FreeAgent mobile app.
Turning push notifications on and off in the desktop version of FreeAgent
Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and then select ‘Communication Preferences’ from the ‘My Company’ area.
In the ‘FreeAgent mobile app’ section, check the box beside ‘New Admin To-Do List item push notifications’ and select ‘Save Changes’ to turn notifications on.
To turn off push notifications, uncheck this box and then select ‘Save Changes’.
Turning push notifications on and off in the FreeAgent mobile app
iOS devices
Tap the three-lined 'hamburger' icon at the top-left of the screen and select 'App settings'.
Next, select ‘Notification settings’.
Select ‘Enable push notifications’.
Select ‘Notifications’ from the ‘Settings’ menu.
Tap ‘Allow Notifications’ to turn push notifications on or off. When the switch to the right of ‘Allow Notifications’ is green, notifications are turned on.
Android devices
Tap the three-lined 'hamburger' icon at the top-left of the screen to open your 'Settings' menu and select ‘Push notifications’.
Select ‘Notification settings’.
Tap ‘Show Notifications’ to turn push notifications on or off. When the switch to the right of ‘Show Notifications’ is blue, notifications are turned on.
Please note that if you are using the FreeAgent mobile app on multiple devices, turning push notifications on or off within the FreeAgent mobile app will turn them on or off for that device only.
