The Customer Sales Report breaks down the income you've received from your customers. This article shows you how to generate this report.

Please note that the figures shown are invoiced income, not including VAT.

1 Navigate to Accounting > Reports

Navigate to the ‘Accounting’ tab at the top of your screen and select ‘Reports’ from the drop-down menu.

2 Select Customer Sales

In the ‘Breakdown’ section, select ‘Customer Sales’.

3 Here it is - your Customer Sales Report!

By clicking on the period drop-down menu, you can view this report in two different ways:

Monthly - This breaks down the totals for each individual month over the selected accounting year.

Yearly - This view shows your total annual sales by customer, for up to three accounting years.

Sort by column

You can also click on the top row of any column, to sort that column in an ascending or descending manner, depending on whether the arrow is pointing up (ascending) or down (descending).

Here we can see that our top customer in March 2020 was Fez Consulting Ltd.

Export your report
