Add a property
This article explains how to add a property to an unincorporated landlord account in FreeAgent.
Please note that you’ll need level 7 access or above to your FreeAgent account to add a property.
Navigate to the ‘Property’ tab at the top of the screen.
Select 'Add new property'.
Next, you’ll need to complete the 'Property Details' section.
Enter the property address in the ‘Address’ field. Please note that the first line of the address will be used as the property’s name in FreeAgent. You can also enter the town, region and postcode if you wish.
Select ‘Create New Property’ at the bottom of the screen to complete the process.

Once you’ve created your new property you can then record rental income for the property and allocate costs to it.
