Attach an image file to a bill
This article explains how to attach a saved image file or receipt to a bill.
Attaching a file to a bill
When you’re adding or editing a bill, select ‘Choose from saved files’ in the ‘Attachment’ section.
Select the relevant file in the pop-up window and select ‘Attach selected file’.
Please note:
- Attaching an image file to a bill will remove it from the Files area of your FreeAgent account.
- Any file that was marked as ‘private’ will be visible to others on your account once you’ve attached it to a bill.
