How to edit or delete a price list item

This article explains how to edit or delete a price list item that you’ve created.

Navigate to your price list

Select ‘Settings' from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and then select 'Price List & Stock'.

The ‘Price List’ tab will display all the price list items that you’ve created.

If you need to make any changes to a price list item, you can edit or delete it.

Select ‘Edit’ to the right of the relevant price list item.

Make the relevant changes and select ‘Save Changes’ to complete the process. Find out more about price list items.

Once you’ve updated the price list item, you can add it to an invoice or estimate.

Select the cross to the right of the relevant price list item.

Select ‘OK’ in the pop-up window to complete the process.
