An introduction to the Partner Zone in FreeAgent
This article introduces the Partner Zone area of the Practice Dashboard.
The Partner Zone is a designated area in your Practice Dashboard that is designed to save you time, and support you while growing your practice. It brings together all the essential information that you need as a FreeAgent Practice Partner, such as your accreditation status, your Account Manager details, a To-do list’ of key actions and the latest news and resources.
To access the Partner Zone, log into your Practice Dashboard and select ‘Partner Zone’ at the top of the screen.
Accreditation status
You’ll find details of your accreditation status in the top-right. If your accreditation is due to expire, you’ll see a link to renew it.
Account Manager details
If you have any questions about your practice and being a member of the Partner Programme, you’ll find details about how to contact your Account Manager in the 'Account Manager' section.
Key actions on your ‘To-do list’
You’ll see suggested actions to complete in the ‘To-do list’. The actions will be tailored to the stage you’re at in your journey with FreeAgent.
For example, if you’re a new FreeAgent Partner, you might be prompted to book a call with your Account Manager, complete your FreeAgent accreditation and add clients to your Practice Dashboard.
However, if you’ve been a FreeAgent Partner for a while and are fully onboarded, you might be prompted to book a consultation with one of our experts to help you grow your practice.
Latest news and resources
You can find details of our exclusive Practice Portal which has a wealth of handy resources for both you and your clients, the latest online and face-to-face events that we host, the latest product updates and a list of our partner integrations.
You can also find details of our Knowledge Base which has hundreds of useful articles and step-by-step instructions designed to help you and your clients get to grips with the software and terminology.
