Hide a contact

This article explains how to hide a contact from your FreeAgent account.

Select the ‘Contacts’ tab at the top of the screen.

Select the contact's name.

Select ‘Hide contact' in the top-right.

The contact will no longer appear in the main Contacts tab or in any drop-down menus when creating estimates, invoices, projects or bills.

Viewing active contacts only on the Contacts screen

To prevent hidden contacts from appearing on the Contacts screen, select the ‘All active contacts’ option from the drop-down menu.
