Manage communication preferences

This article explains how to manage marketing consent and application notifications in your FreeAgent account.

You can choose which types of notifications and emails you would like to receive in FreeAgent. 

Please note that only the FreeAgent account owner can manage communication preferences. Users with full (level 8) access can enable and disable filing notifications only.

Manage communication preferences

Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and then select ‘Communication Preferences’.

Your Communication Preferences settings are made up of marketing consent and application notifications.

In the marketing consent section, you can choose to enable:

  •  'Commercial notifications in FreeAgent' - to receive notifications from areas of FreeAgent such as Radar, that highlight relevant content with FreeAgent products and services.
     
  • 'Information about third party products from FreeAgent' - to receive communication on services that integrate with FreeAgent.

In the application notifications section, you can choose to enable:

Tick all the communication preferences that you would like to receive, and untick any that you would not like to receive, and select 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the screen.
