How to add, change or delete your business's logo

This article explains how to upload, change or delete your business's logo.

After you have uploaded your logo, it’ll appear on both your invoices and estimates.

Adding a company logo

Begin by selecting 'Settings' from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the screen and then select 'Company Logo'.


Next, choose 'Select a file'. Navigate to where your logo image is stored on your computer and select the file. Please note that your image file must be in a PNG, GIF or JPEG format.


Select 'Upload' to complete the process.


Your company logo will now appear on both your invoices and estimates.

Changing or deleting your business's logo

To change or completely remove your logo from your invoices and estimates, navigate to the ‘Company Logo’ area in your ‘Settings’. Then, select 'Delete' to remove the current logo.


To add a different logo, follow the steps for adding a company logo. After you complete the process, the new logo will feature on all future invoices and estimates.
