Every 18 months you will be required by HMRC to re-establish this connection. To do this, log in to your Practice Dashboard, select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu in the top-right and then choose ‘HMRC Connections’.
From the 'HMRC Connections' page, select 'Disconnect'.
Once you have disconnected, you will be invited to select 'Connect FreeAgent to HMRC'. Use your agent services account login credentials to re-establish the connection.
