Access your Hiscox insurance documents in FreeAgent

This article explains how to access your Hiscox insurance policy documents within your FreeAgent account.

Once you’ve purchased insurance from Hiscox via your FreeAgent account, you’ll be able to access your policy documents within your FreeAgent account. Please note that it’s not currently possible to link an existing Hiscox insurance policy to your FreeAgent account. Only the policy documents for Hiscox insurance arranged via FreeAgent can be displayed within your FreeAgent account.

It can take up to 72 hours for your policy documents to appear in FreeAgent after you’ve completed the purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation from Hiscox when those documents are ready to view in FreeAgent.

To view your Hiscox policy documents, select your company name at the top-right of the screen and select ‘Connections & Add-ons’ from the drop-down menu.

Select ‘View my policy’ in the ‘Hiscox’ section.

On this page, you can view the dates and details of your insurance cover.

To download a PDF copy of any of your documents, select ‘Download’ to the right of the relevant document in the ‘Your policy documents’ section.
