Reviewing explanations for manually uploaded statements

Here's how to review bank transactions if you've asked FreeAgent to 'guess' transaction explanations when uploading a bank statement.

We recommend that you review each explanation guessed by FreeAgent to ensure its accuracy.

Reviewing your imported transactions

Guessed transactions will show as explained in FreeAgent.

To check transaction explanations from your last bank statement upload, go to your bank account and filter using the 'Last Statement Upload' option. You can then select and view each individual transaction.

Make any necessary adjustments, and save changes.
