View and manage active sessions on your Practice Dashboard

This article explains how to view and manage the sessions that you’re logged in to on your Practice Dashboard.

‘Active Sessions’ is a security feature where FreeAgent lists all the places that you’re actively logged in to on your Practice Dashboard.

Managing active sessions

Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu below your practice name.

Select 'Active Sessions'.

You'll see a list of all your active FreeAgent sessions on desktop, starting with your current session.

If you'd like to log out of an individual session, for example if there is a session you don't recognise or have mistakenly left logged in, select 'Log out' to the right of the relevant session.

If you'd like to log out of all active sessions, select 'Log out of all other sessions'. You’ll remain logged in to your current session.
