Practice Dashboard login attempts
This article explains how to view all the login attempts you’ve made to your Practice Dashboard in the last four weeks.
Please note:
- You’ll only be able to view your own login attempts.
- If you see a login that you don't recognise, go to the Active Sessions on your Practice Dashboard where you can view and log out any unfamiliar sessions. If you do encounter this, we'd advise you, and any other account managers, to immediately reset your password and enable 2-Step Verification on your Practice Dashboard.
- If an email address is entered incorrectly during login, or no account manager is associated with that email, you’ll see 'Incorrect email' as the reason for the login failure. You’ll also see the incorrectly entered email address under 'Email address used'.
- If your password is entered incorrectly 15 times in a row, FreeAgent will temporarily disable your ability to log in for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you will be able to attempt to log in again.

Viewing login attempts
Select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu below your practice name.
Select 'Login Attempts'.
You’ll see all login attempts you’ve made in the past 4 weeks.
