Disconnect a bank feed
This article explains how to fully disconnect and remove any bank feed connections set up on your FreeAgent account.
Please note:
- Disconnecting a bank feed will completely remove the connection between FreeAgent and your bank account. If you’d like to keep the bank feed connection but stop transactions automatically importing into FreeAgent via the bank feed, find out how to disable a bank feed instead.
- Disconnecting a bank feed won’t remove or affect any transactions within the bank account that have previously been imported by the bank feed.
Navigate to the drop-down menu at the top-right of the screen and select ‘Connections & Add-ons’.
Select 'Manage' in the 'Bank connections' section.
Select the bank you want to disconnect from FreeAgent.
Select ‘Disconnect from bank’ in the top-right. Please note that if you’re connected to more than one account for the bank, this will remove access to all accounts that FreeAgent has been granted access to for the bank.
Select ‘Disable’ in the pop-up window to complete the process.
