Disable a bank feed
This article explains how to turn off your existing bank feed.
Please note:
- Disabling a bank feed will stop transactions automatically importing into FreeAgent but won't remove the connection between FreeAgent and your bank account. If you'd like to fully remove the connection, find out how to disconnect a bank feed instead.
- Disabling a bank feed won’t remove or affect any transactions within the bank account that have previously been imported by the bank feed.
Navigate to the ‘Banking’ tab at the top of the screen, select 'Bank Accounts' from the drop down menu and choose the bank account which has the feed you wish to disable.
Navigate to the ‘More’ button and select ‘Disable bank feed’ from the drop down menu.
Just confirm that you’d like to remove this feed by selecting ‘Disable’.
