Invoice payment options

This article explains how you can get paid faster using our flexible payment integrations and make it easier for your customers to pay for your invoices.

When the option is selected, FreeAgent adds your bank details to your invoices so your customers can pay you via bank transfer.

For faster, more streamlined payments, you can connect your account with one of our online payment partners. You can then add a payment link to your invoices and include a ‘Pay Now’ button to your invoice emails. This allows your customers to pay you quickly and securely online.

Using these integrations helps you get paid faster and simplifies your bookkeeping, as the payments and any associated fees are automatically reconciled in your FreeAgent account for many providers.

Choosing a payment solution

FreeAgent integrates with Tyl by NatWest, Stripe or PayPal for card payments, or GoCardless for instant bank payments or Direct Debits. You can connect with more than one provider, and choose the best option for each invoice.
