Account manager roles

This article explains the different roles that an account manager can have in your practice.

When adding an account manager to your Practice Dashboard, they can be assigned one of four flexible roles:

  • Admin’ - replaces the previous ‘Senior’ role allowing full access to all areas of the dashboard. This is the only role that has the permission to add, edit or delete account managers and manage specific practice settings (practice details and client communication preferences).
  • Comprehensive’ - similar permissions to the ‘Admin’ role, but doesn't have the permission to add/edit/delete account managers and manage specific practice settings (practice details and client communication preferences).
  • Standard’ - replaces the previous ‘Non-senior’ role.
  • Limited’ - has the lowest level of permissions. This role allows access to clients that are assigned to them or part of the same group, and to prepare payroll in bulk but not file payroll.
