Export an alert rule notification report
This article explains how to export a list of clients who have triggered a specific alert, for example a list of clients who need to update their Open Banking bank feed in the next 10 days.
The 'Alert Rule Notification Export' report provides a downloadable CSV file of all of the clients who have triggered a specific alert, as well as any other relevant information displayed by the alert.
Senior account managers can export a report of all the practice’s clients who have triggered the alert, whereas non-senior account managers can only export a report of their own clients who have triggered the alert.
Begin by logging in to your Practice Dashboard and selecting the ‘Reports’ tab.
Select ‘Alert Rule Notification Export’ from the list of ‘Report Types’.
Choose the alert that you’d like to export from the ‘Alert Type’ drop-down menu and select ‘Generate Report’.
If you’re a senior account manager, you can choose to export a report of all the practice’s clients who have triggered the alert or only your own clients who have triggered the alert.
Next, the report will appear in your browser as a .zip file, which will automatically download to your computer. Unzip the file to access a CSV file of the report, which you can then open in your preferred spreadsheet software. The file will also be sent to the email address associated with your FreeAgent account.
If the .zip file doesn’t download automatically, select the 'manually download it here' link and follow the same process as above to access the report using your preferred spreadsheet software.
