Log in to the FreeAgent mobile app with your FreeAgent login details
This article explains how to log in to the FreeAgent mobile app on either an iOS or Android device by using your FreeAgent login details.
When you open the FreeAgent mobile app initially, you'll be presented with the login screen. Select 'Log in to FreeAgent'.
Next, select 'Continue'.
The 'Log in' button will be greyed out until you’ve entered your email address and password. You’ll need to tap the email address and password fields and enter your login details.
Once you’ve entered your email address and password for the FreeAgent account, tap 'Log in' to log in to the mobile app.
The first time you log in to the FreeAgent mobile app, you'll need to authorise the mobile app to access your account. Select 'Approve'.
If you're using an Android device and you've set Microsoft Edge as the default browser on your device, you'll also need to tap 'Open external app'.
If you're using an Android device and you've set Opera as the default browser on your device, you'll also need to select the three dots in the top-right of the browser and select 'Open in app'.
If you've enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) in your FreeAgent account, you'll then be prompted to enter a verification code from an authenticator app on your iOS or Android device.
If you have multiple FreeAgent accounts that are registered with the same email address and password, you'll be prompted to select the account you would like to access. Find out how to switch between your FreeAgent accounts in the mobile app.
You can also log in to the FreeAgent mobile app using Touch ID or Face ID if you have an iOS device or fingerprint or face recognition if you have an Android device.
