This article explains how to switch between FreeAgent accounts in the FreeAgent mobile app if you have multiple accounts registered with the same email address and password.
Please note that you won't be able to use the FreeAgent mobile app if you have an unincorporated landlord account.
Any changes you make using the FreeAgent mobile app will be reflected in the desktop version of FreeAgent.
Logging in to the FreeAgent mobile app
First, open the FreeAgent mobile app on your iOS or Android device and enter your FreeAgent login details in the relevant fields. You can also log in to the FreeAgent mobile app on an iOS device using Touch ID or Face ID or on an Android device using fingerprint or face recognition.
Once you’ve logged in, a list of the FreeAgent accounts associated with the email address and password you entered will be displayed and you’ll be prompted to select the account that you’d like to access.
If you've enabled 2-Step Verification in your FreeAgent account, you'll then be prompted to enter a verification code.
Switching between accounts
If you’d like to log out of the FreeAgent account that you’re viewing and then log in to another account, select the ’Settings’ drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the FreeAgent mobile app and select ‘Log Out’.
Next, log in again and select a different account from the list.
If you've enabled 2-Step Verification in your FreeAgent account, after you select an account from the list, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code from an authenticator app on your iOS or Android device.
