Switch between FreeAgent accounts in the FreeAgent mobile app

This article explains how to add multiple FreeAgent accounts to your mobile device and how to switch between them in the FreeAgent mobile app. It also explains how to remove an account from your device and how to log out of multiple FreeAgent accounts at once.

1. Log in to the FreeAgent mobile app

Begin by opening the FreeAgent mobile app on your iOS or Android device and entering your FreeAgent login details in the relevant fields. You can also log in to the FreeAgent mobile app on an iOS device using Touch ID or Face ID, on an Android device using fingerprint or face recognition or on either device using your bank credentials if you bank with NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank.

If you have multiple FreeAgent accounts associated with the email address and password you entered, you’ll be prompted to select the account that you’d like to access.

If you've enabled 2-Step Verification in your FreeAgent account, you'll then be prompted to enter a verification code.

2. Add an additional FreeAgent account to your mobile device

Once you’re logged in, you can add another account to the FreeAgent mobile app by tapping the three-lined hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner and then ‘Switch or log out’.

Removing an account from your mobile device

If you no longer need to access a FreeAgent account that you’ve added to your mobile device, you can remove it.
