Edit a Tracking Group
This article explains how to edit a Tracking Group in FreeAgent.
Please note:
- You need level 7 access or above to your FreeAgent account to edit a Tracking Group.
- You can only edit Tracking Groups on the desktop version of FreeAgent.
Navigate to the ‘Accounting’ tab and select ‘Tracking Groups’ from the drop-down menu.
Select ‘Edit’ to the right of the relevant Tracking Group from the list.
You can edit the Tracking Group title and the names of the labels.
You can hide specific labels by selecting the ‘Hide’ button next to the relevant label.
You can delete specific labels by selecting the red cross (’X’) button next to the relevant label.
You can also add more labels by selecting the ‘Add more’ button. You can add up to 25 labels for each Tracking Group.
Once you’ve made the relevant changes, select ‘Save and finish’ to complete the process.
