Set up a contact as a customer or a supplier

A guide to setting up your contacts as either customers or suppliers in FreeAgent.

How do I do this?

The short answer is you don't have to.

FreeAgent automatically sets a contact as a customer when you record an invoice for that person.

And similarly, it sets a contact as a supplier when you enter a bill from that person.
