Delete a contact
This article explains how to delete a contact from your FreeAgent account.
If you accidentally create a duplicate of a contact but haven’t entered any estimates, invoices, projects or bills for them yet, you can delete that contact. However, once you've created an estimate, invoice, project or bill for a contact, that contact cannot be deleted. Instead, you can hide the contact.
How to delete a contact
Select the ‘Contacts’ tab at the top of the screen.
Click on the contact's name.
Select ‘Delete Contact’ in the top-right. Please note that you'll only see this button if the contact doesn't yet have any entries against it.
Select 'Yes, delete this contact' in the pop-up window to complete the process.
