How to log in to the FreeAgent mobile app with your FreeAgent login details

This article explains how to log in to the FreeAgent mobile app on either an iOS or Android device by using your FreeAgent login details.

Any changes you make using the FreeAgent mobile app will be reflected in the desktop version of FreeAgent.

When you open the FreeAgent mobile app initially, you'll be presented with the login screen.

The login button will be greyed out until you’ve entered your email address and password. You’ll need to tap the email address and password fields and enter your login details.

Once you’ve entered your email address and password for the FreeAgent account, you’ll be able to login to the mobile app.

If you've enabled 2-Step Verification in your FreeAgent account, you'll then be prompted to enter a verification code from an authenticator app on your iOS or Android device.

If you have multiple FreeAgent accounts that are registered with the same email address and password, you will be prompted to select the account you would like to access. Find out how to switch between your FreeAgent accounts in the mobile app.

You can also log in to the FreeAgent mobile app using Touch ID or Face ID if you have an iOS device or fingerprint or face recognition if you have an Android device.
