How to log in to the FreeAgent mobile app via your bank account
This article explains how to log in to the FreeAgent mobile app via your bank if you have a business current account with NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank.
Please note:

You’ll only be able to log in with your bank details if you have a business current account with a supported bank. If your bank isn’t supported, you'll need to log in with your FreeAgent login details or use fingerprint or face recognition.

Logging in to FreeAgent using your online banking credentials isn’t supported for Mettle.

Any changes you make using the FreeAgent mobile app will be reflected in the desktop version of FreeAgent.
Begin by opening the FreeAgent mobile app on your iOS or Android device and tap ‘Login with your bank’.
Next, tap on your bank from the list provided. If your bank isn’t listed, please log in with your FreeAgent login details or use fingerprint or face recognition.
You’ll be redirected to your bank login page to enter your account details. Follow the remaining steps as prompted.
If you aren’t able to log in successfully, please log in with your FreeAgent login details instead.

The ability to log into FreeAgent using your online banking credentials is available for the following banks. Please note that logging in to FreeAgent using your online banking credentials isn’t supported for Mettle.
