How to log in to the FreeAgent mobile app via your bank account

This article explains how to log in to the FreeAgent mobile app on an Android device via your bank if you have a business current account with NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Ulster Bank NI.

Please note that you won't be able to use the FreeAgent mobile app if you have an unincorporated landlord account.

You’ll only be able to log in with your bank details if you have a business current account with a supported bank. If your bank isn’t supported, you'll need to log in with your FreeAgent login details or use fingerprint or face recognition.

Any changes you make using the FreeAgent mobile app will be reflected in the desktop version of FreeAgent.

Begin by opening the FreeAgent mobile app on your iOS or Android device and tap ‘Login with your bank’.
